1892 Knitted Skirt or Petticoat

This is an 1892 Victorian Skirt or winter petticoat. During the victorian era, knit or crocheted petticoats were very popular to keep warm.

In this pattern, I have interpreted the original design from The Art of Knitting, published by the Butterick Publishing Company.
